Sheppard Centre is a commercial plaza located in north-central Toronto across Downsview Park.

Sheppard Centre offers both retail suites facing Sheppard Avenue and industrial suites with loading dock availability at the back. Sheppard Centre is located in the Allen Road and Highway 401 area, which makes it easily accessible to commercial traffic. Its location is also well situated for distribution routes with its central location to industrial and retail stores, and access to major highways.

Being situated along major highway routes Sheppard Centre receives a constant flow of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Furthermore, in the nearby area of Sheppard Centre there is Yorkdale Mall and York University. The TTC is planning to extend its Downsview Subway line, which would include a station right across Sheppard Centre. This will have a significant increase of site traffic to the plaza. Planned completion date of the site is in 2010.
